Sale and Return Policy

Returning sold goods (Iqalah) is considered a recommended practice in Islam.

Therefore, Maktabah Bait-ul-Ilm also accepts returns of purchased books, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Proof of Purchase: The original purchase invoice must accompany the books being returned.

• Book Condition: Books must be free from defects and must not have been altered or used in any way, such as writing in them, rebinding, or applying plastic lamination.

• Return Period: Islamic reformative and children's books may be returned within one year of purchase, while academic textbooks may be returned within three months.

• Return Shipping Costs: The customer will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the books.

• Refund Processing: The refund amount will be paid within one week of the return.

• Book Exchange: If the customer requires other books in exchange for the returned books, the replacement arrangement will be made promptly.
